Searching for Hong Kong’s Jellyfish
Jellyfish are a key species in marine ecosystems, although the extent of their occurrence and diversity is likely underestimated, particularly for biodiversity-rich locations such as Asia. The Tribbles Have Multiplied… with Teeth on Their Teeth!
This batch of Tribbles Lion’s Mane came out lookin’ wilder than usual—long, elegant teeth with tiny pom poms at the tips, and every pom pom has more teeth! It’s like fractal fungi out here.
I’ve only seen this …happen a couple times before, and while I don’t think it’ll stick… you better believe I cloned it anyway!
We tried a few new tricks on this run, and any one of them could’ve triggered this bizarre beauty. Won’t know which until we run it back and see what sticks. That’s the fun (and the madness) of it all.
May the Tribbles keep multiplying.
